My background is in 5G and LTE network infrastructure, so when this site covers carrier coverage, network speeds, or why signal drops in certain areas, that comes from real technical experience.
On top of that, I’m a current Xfinity internet subscriber and T-Mobile customer based in the Seattle area — so when a post covers a price change or a coverage issue, there’s a good chance I’m dealing with the same bill or the same dropped call.
